Elkins Avenue, between 42nd and 54th, was selected by NDOT for a traffic calming study last fall. The first community meeting for this study was held on November 28th.
A second community meeting to discuss traffic along Elkins Avenue has now been scheduled for Wednesday, March 15th, at 6pm at the MNPD West Precinct Community Room (at 5500 Charlotte Pike).

We strongly encourage Sylvan Park residents who have an interest in traffic concerns along Elkins Avenue to attend this March 15th meeting and provide your input into the process.
